Dr. Anissa Short is an international best-selling author, and dynamic speaker whose mission is to champion the success of women in business and leadership. With over two decades of experience in the business sector as well as entrepreneurship, and more than eleven years as a Federal employee, Dr. Short brings a wealth of administrative expertise, strategic insight, and heart-centered leadership to every platform she serves.

She holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Administration, as well as a Doctorate in Administration, equipping her with the academic rigor to complement her extensive real-world experience. Throughout her professional journey, she has consistently demonstrated a commitment to excellence, mentorship, and empowerment—values that define her work across multiple arenas.

As the author of 11 published books, including an international bestseller, Dr. Short’s literary contributions reflect her passion for leadership, faith, and purpose-driven living.
