MDT ( Multidisciplinary Team) Coordinator

The MDT Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the multidisciplinary team (MDT) response to investigations involving child abuse allegations in the respective jurisdictions which Healing Hearts CAC serves. The MDT coordinator designs and implements strategies and specific procedures that will strengthen the coordination of joint investigations, improve communication among team members, and enhance the overall collaborative approach at all stages of the child abuse cases through Healing Hearts CAC and its MDT.

The qualifications for the position include a bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or related fields, excellent writing and communication skills, organizational and time management skills, problem-solving and analytical skills, and knowledge regarding child abuse. The position is full-time with some travel required.
