JOB TITLE: Licensed Mental Health Professional
IMMEDIATE SUPERVISOR: Program Manager
DESCRIPTION:
LMHP is responsible for the coordination and implementation of all clinical services offered to clients. They will be responsible for staff training and supervision of clinical issues, as well as overall supervision. The individual is responsible for overall clinical case management of client to include medical, educational, and recreational services. The individual will provide on-call services as needed. The duties include but are not limited to assessment counseling, and advocating for the clients, whenever necessary. Experience with family systems, juvenile courts, crisis intervention, and parenting skills is helpful. Must maintain a cellular phone and DMV license. Licensed Mental Health Professional is a contractual position.
Duties:
May include any and/or all of the following:
- Complete and submit assessments, Individual Service Plans/Quarterly reports within a timely manner, determine mental health diagnosis, short-term treatment, and case management
- The time frame of submitted documents is as follows: Assessments/Diagnoses to be submitted within seventy two (72) hours; quarterly reports and individual service plan to be submitted prior to the due date
- Provide clients with consulting and additional linkages to community resources
- Provide crisis intervention
- Participate in emergency on-call rotation
- Maintain confidential client records and statistical data on caseload
- Keep current with knowledge, availability, and quality of community resources and individual profession trends;
- Maintain license and/or certification
- Provide consultation to supervisors; perform other duties as assigned
- Complete and submit initial prior authorizations and continued stay reports
- Submit prior authorizations and continued stay reports on Atrezzo
- Facilitate clinical trainings to employees monthly

Minimum Qualifications:
A Licensed Mental Health Professional with at least two (2) years of clinical work experience with children and/or adults in human services field. Master’s Degree in a social work-related field. Experience with writing assessments is a plus.
