Job Description:
We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Attendant. You will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they have a fantastic experience both on and off the courts.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist guests upon arrival
• Manage reservations and court bookings
• Answer inquiries about facilities and services
• Take orders and serve in the restaurant area
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility and restaurant
• Handle payments and cashier duties
• Promote special events and membership packages
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve any guest concerns

Qualifications:

• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Friendly and outgoing personality
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service is a plus
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
