Description
The Southaven Chamber of Commerce and Southaven Young Professionals invite you to "On The Menu," a comprehensive workshop aimed at professionals of all ages. Join us for a deep dive into the opportunities for career and workforce development within the Desoto County School District.
Event Details:
For a $15 registration fee, which includes lunch, attendees will have the unique opportunity to hear from Beth Turner, the CTE district coordinator, about the bridge between business, industry, and education in our region.
Panel Discussion:
Our panel features a diverse group of career development experts from local high schools, including:
- Varina Hooper, Career Coach at Center Hill High School
- Laurie Waring, Career Coach at Lewisburg High School
- Loren Sparrenberger, Career Coach at Olive Branch High School
- Amy Stewart, Work-Based Learning Coordinator at Olive Branch High School
- Jessica Burgess, Work-Based Learning Coordinator at Center Hill High School
