Do you know what your financial reports are telling you—or are you simply handing them over to your accountant at tax time? In this practical workshop, business owners will learn how to understand and use five essential financial documents: the Profit & Loss Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement, Accounts Receivable Aging Report, and Budget vs. Actual Report. Participants will explore what each report means, what to look for, and how the information can help them make better business decisions. The workshop also includes a live QuickBooks demonstration and practical resources, including sample reports, a financial document checklist, a monthly financial review checklist, and questions to ask your bookkeeper. You don’t have to be a financial expert—you just need to know what your numbers are telling you.
