This Event is first-come-first-serve and is in collaboration with Chambers in Hernando, Horn Lake and Southaven. Online-application will be made available at www.desotoconnect.com (not yet available) or can be requested from your local chamber, desotoconnect@gmail.com or mgilliam@southavenchamber.com. Completed forms can also be emailed to desotoconnect@gmail.com or mgilliam@southavenchamber.com, or faxed to 662-342-6365. Questions may be directed to the Southaven Chamber at 662-342-6114. Invoice should be paid at the time of registration/application or by Friday, May 1, 2015. To qualify for the Early Bird discount, registration and payment should be received by April 10, 2015.
