Community Mental Health Day

Join us for a day of wellness and connection at Community Mental Health Day! 

The event will take place on Saturday, April 4, 2026, from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the DeSoto Family Counseling and Pediatric Therapy Center Parking Lot.

 This family-friendly event promotes self-care and rejuvenation for the mind, soul, and body. 

Our activities will include: 

• Rock painting
• Nature and art-focused activities
• Flower bouquets
• Bounce houses
• Animals from the humane society
• Coffee/food trucks, and more! 

Everyone in the community is welcome to join this free event!
