Job Description
Currently Seeking Office Manager - DeSoto Family Theatre
DeSoto Family Theatre is currently seeking a full time Office Manager.
Monday - Friday, 9AM-5PM.  Schedule may be flexible for minimal weekend and/or evening availability for special events.

Duties to include:
  • Answer phones and emails and respond in a timely manner
  • Manage the business aspects of various programs and processes (i.e. summer camps, special outreach events, sponsor programs, etc.)
  • Manage Season Ticket subscriptions/renewals
  • Manage website and some elements of social media
  • Grant writing
  • Other duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required - Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2+ years experience working in an office environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Software and Google Docs/Sheets
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Friendly, eager, outgoing and positive attitude as the position works closely with every department within the organization, and with the public
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Previous experience with performing arts preferred
  • QuickBooks and/or some financial experience a plus
  • Interest in theatre is a must
