Job Description
Journey to New Beginnings is a well-established and growing mental health therapy practice seeking a full-time receptionist. Journey to New Beginnings specializes in the treatment of children, adolescents, and adults with depression, anxiety, ADHD, grief, anger, and various other mental health diagnoses. Candidate must have:
  • Experience scheduling appointments and managing schedules of multiple providers
  • Knowledge of HIPAA
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Strong computer skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize job duties
  • Efficient time management skills
  • Great organizational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to stay calm in stressful situations or while dealing with patients
  • Solid work history
  • Exceptional work ethic
