A restaurant expeditor is responsible for helping to maintain the efficiency of a restaurant kitchen by delivering dishes to the table. Although an expediter does not take orders from customer, he or she delivers items to the customer's table when they are ready. Also, a second set of eyes, when the order leaves our shaker, and also the sides are added to the order prior to being run to the customer.
