Back Of the House - Cook

The cook will prepare meals and follow establishment recipes. Duties include preparing ingredients, adhering to the restaurant menu, and following food health and safety procedures. Cook, clean, assist other cooks and staff and deliver food in a fast-paced environment. Being a reliable asset to the team, and be willing to assist all team members in all functions. This position promotes and grows within to our most significant role, the shaker. The shaker tosses and prepares 90% of our orders, by adding our complex flavoring and plating of the entrees.
