Festival theme Mississippi meets Louisiana featuring blues, cajun and zydeco music - fresh boiled crawfish - gumbo cooking contest - kids art contest on display - art and craft vendors - zydeco dance instruction - zydeco dance contest - showcasing local blues from Mississippi on Friday and Cajun/Zydeco on Saturday Festival proceeds benefit 'No Music Left Behind' program that recycles band instruments into playing condition donating them to deserving students, schools and musicians in the greater North Mississippi area. Southern Cultural Alliance is a 501(c)3 non profit organization. Your support is tax deductible as allowed by law.
