MSBX - Is Your Leadership Style Working Against You?

Great leaders don’t rely on just one leadership style. They know when to adapt. Every leader has a natural way of communicating, making decisions, solving problems, and guiding others. That default style can be a tremendous strength—but the approach that works in one situation may fall flat in another. In this interactive MSBX workshop, Jeff Jones of Refining Leaders will help you explore your natural leadership tendencies and, more importantly, learn how to expand your range as a leader. You’ll explore seven different leadership styles, examining where each can be effective and where relying too heavily on one approach can create challenges. Through a guided self-reflection exercise, you’ll identify the styles you naturally lean toward and consider where you may need to stretch. Then you’ll put those ideas into practice. Using real-world leadership scenarios, you’ll work through an important question: What leadership style does this moment need—and is it the one I would naturally use?
