The core purpose of the Site Representative is to assist the General Superintendent with the direction of contractors, supervision of install, and coordination of deliveries. The Site Representative works with the General Superintendent as well as the Project Manager to achieve the criteria above.
 

Specific Responsibilities

1.  Maintain and promote a safe, cooperative and productive work environment between customer, customer’s
     representative, project management team, subcontractors, and other contractors on site
2.  Conduct weekly coordination meetings
3.  Adapt to ever changing conditions
4   Assist project manager with direction of contractors
5.  Coordinate and ensure accurate deliveries
6.  Identify shortages in material and equipment
7. Perform quality control inspections; generate and monitor punch list
8. Update the tracking tool
9. Coordinate and communicate with the Engineering, Project Management, and Field Operations departments 
    (and others) to better align install
10.   Maintain flexibility and strive to complete all other requests as directed by management
 

Education, Skills, and Experience

Minimum High School diploma or G.E.D. At least 2 years experience in construction
Moderate proficiency in MS Office applications (PC and Mac) Construction knowledge; high energy level; professionalism
Superior administrative capacity to manage multiple activities at once
Strong interpersonal skills with proven teamwork, leadership, and a heart to serve

Position Information

Full Time position; salary with benefits
Work Schedule: 50+ hours per week. Which may include evenings and weekends
This position will work from jobsites throughout the Unites States with the home office based out of Memphis, TN and report directly to the General Superintendent, substantial travel is required.
