Our company is currently looking for an experienced Office Administrator. This position will play an integral role in the customer service and organizational strength of our company. The Office Administrator will provide administrative support, answer and respond to calls and emails. Qualified candidates will have impeccable verbal and written communication skills, a strong ability to multi-task and a friendly demeanor.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Sales and Marketing functions
  • Bookkeeping/Accounting activities
  • General Office Tasks
  • Invoicing Processing
  • Misc Tasks Assigned by Management
  • Human Resources Duties

Qualifications and Skills

  • Two (2) year degree (Associate) or greater
  • Two (2) years of customer service experience
  • Two (2) years of accounting/bookkeeping experience
  • Two (2) years of sales and marketing support experience
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in computer skills, all Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong attention to detail and time management
  • Experience in scoping and managing projects through completion
